Delete your Otium data
You can ask us to delete your Otium account and the personal information associated with it. We will verify the request before acting.

How to request deletion
- Email contacto@carlosarthur.com from the address on your Otium account.
- Use the subject line Delete my Otium data and include your Otium account email.
- If you connected Instagram or another provider, name the connection you want removed as well.
What happens next
We verify that the request comes from the account owner, disconnect provider credentials, and delete or anonymize account data that we are not required to retain. We may keep a small record of the request and information needed for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or security obligations. Encrypted backups expire on their normal retention cycle and are not used to restore a deleted account.
Deleting Otium data does not delete copies that a creator or buyer has already published to a third-party service, including Meta, Stripe, email providers, or a creator's own downloads. Those copies must be removed through the relevant provider as well.
